I’m sitting at home doing my bills and don’t want to be logged out every two seconds as if I were at Starbucks. How about a feature in settings where someone like me could hit a button that says “keep me logged in until I sign out” that would be my choice and security would be my responsibility. I can barely work with my spreadsheet without being auto logged out before I’ve had a chance to look at anything. I totally understand the need for security and auto logging a person out after inactivity, but you need to consider that a person may need time to scroll through their activity and budget their bills etc. My issues are this and I hope the developers will listen to this and make some improvements. I really love using the features of PNC’s virtual wallet. You can send money to friends with zelle, there are Pnc atms at every speed way to with drawl from only for no charge 20$ ,40$ 100$ ect, this is the best bank and app no doubt about it ive had 33 cents in my account for 2 months and it’s okay that want you as a customer! And the bankers are very helpful they took off a 22$ fee I had received from a misunderstanding so there verry friendly! 100% only bank I’ll ever use for the rest of my life, best part about it is you can manage all of your money from your phone and even deposit checks by takeing a picture, (takes up to 1 day) and don’t void the check untill it’s forsure deposited.
